1. All Sales Are Final
All products available on our platform are digital products and are delivered instantly after successful payment. Due to the nature of digital content, All sales are final, and No refunds or returns are provided once the purchase is completed.
2. Incorrect or Unusable File
In rare cases where the delivered file is
- incorrect, or
- corrupted, or
- not opening properly
We will provide a Corrected Replacement File at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to provide a working replacement file.
3. Duplicate Payment
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order due to a system or processing error, we will issue a 100% refund of the duplicate payment after verification.
4. Content Acceptance & User Responsibility
All products are purchased voluntarily and at the customer’s own discretion. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the Product description, details, and any available previews before making a purchase.
Refunds will Not be provided based on:
- personal preference or dissatisfaction,
- claims that the content is “not useful,” “not as expected,” or “different in style or format,” or
- changes in personal requirements after purchase.
By purchasing, you confirm that the decision to buy was made independently and willingly.
5. Unauthorized or Accidental Purchases
Orders placed unintentionally or without the account holder’s consent are not eligible for refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing the payment.
6. Subscription Payments
All subscription fees are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; however, previously charged payments will not be refunded.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased content due to device, browser, or network issues, our support team will assist you. However, such technical limitations do not qualify for a refund.
8. Download Access & Expiry Policy
All digital products come with limited download access:
- Each product can be Downloaded a maximum of three (3) times only.
- Download access remains available for Three (3) days from the date of purchase.
- The download link will Automatically Expire once Either:
- three downloads are completed, or
- three days have passed since purchase (whichever happens first).
- After expiry, the product cannot be re-downloaded, and no reactivation or extension will be provided.
- Customers are strongly advised to Download and securely store their files immediately after purchase.
Failure to download within the allowed time or download limit does not qualify for a refund.
9. Cryptocurrency Payment Policy
Payments made using cryptocurrency are subject to blockchain network confirmation.
- Cryptocurrency transactions may take 5 to 10 minutes (or longer in some cases) to be confirmed due to network processing time.
- Customers are requested to wait patiently on the payment page until the transaction is fully confirmed.
- Do not close, refresh, or exit the payment page during this confirmation period.
- Closing the page before confirmation may result in delayed processing or failure to register the payment, for which we are not responsible.
- An order will be considered successful only after full payment confirmation on the blockchain.
- Once a cryptocurrency payment is successfully confirmed, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
Customers are advised to ensure a stable internet connection and allow sufficient time for confirmation.
